Arrow, formerly a young starlet at the Gold Coast Titans stunned the NRL world when he surprisingly left for one of the competitions historical heavyweights, the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
Arrow signed the paperwork in late 2019 but begun his life south of the border in 2021.
“You’re probably going to think I’m lying when I say this.
“But it wasn’t for the money.”
According to reports, Arrow signed a $3.2 million contract over four years but the back-rower explained why he made that decision.
“I wanted to win a comp.
“Where I felt like I was able to do that was down here in Sydney.
“But the day I start playing the game for money is the day I’ll retire.”
