Greg Inglis On Realisation Of Melbourne Storm Being Stripped Of Premierships

Greg Inglis was the key casualty in Melbourne Storm’s 2010 salary cap breach which saw the club famously lose all their points for that season, lost their 2007 & 2009 titles and were forced to see their superstar leave.

He explained how he found out on Footy Talk League’s Woodsy’s Club Tour.

LISTEN HERE:

“I was doing rehab on the exercise bike,” started Inglis.

“I got messages and a phone call and then it was breaking all over the news.

“But we were like, no it’s bullshit, it’s a made up story.

“Next thing you know, we have a meeting.”
