Triple M & The Daily Telegraph’s Brent Read has shared the latest update on the club future of the ‘Hectic Cheese’ Brandon Smith.

Smith is off-contract at season’s end and has already been informed by the Sydney Roosters he won’t be offered an extension at the club.
The Kiwi international recently told The Bye Round Podcast he was flattered by the public interest from Rabbitohs coach Wayne Bennett.
“I am stoked he is interested in me, we had a pretty rough relationship. I did give him my word I was signing at Redcliffe and we all knew how that ended up,” Smith said.
“Hopefully he has forgiven me for that but I don’t know what the go is yet. I hope something happens.”
