Last Friday marked one year since the tragic passing of Premiership-winning NRL coach Paul Green, who took his own life due to suffering an advanced form of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE).
Following Paul Green’s passing, his wife, Amanda Green, has been actively engaged with the Australian Brain Bank to promote CTE awareness throughout sport.
In an interview with Triple M’s Rush Hour with Leisel Jones, Dobbo & Liam, Amanda Green discussed her journey in understanding this preventable disease and shed light on her concerns about her son’s participation in the sport.
