Triple M’s and Broncos legend Gorden Tallis has unloaded on the hefty price tags found on NRL jerseys.
LISTEN HERE:
Tallis’ comments come following a controversial week for the NRL, after the Wests Tigers were forced to re-design the club’s commemorative jersey for Anzac Round, due to the original jersey drawing criticism for using an image of American soldiers.
While discussing the jersey drama at the Tigers, Tallis took aim at the NRL and its clubs for allowing team jerseys to be sold at prices of up to $180.
“I can buy a designer shirt for less!” Tallis said on Triple M’s Sunday Sin Bin.
