Leading NRL journalist James Hooper has put the spotlight on Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe after the club copped a 74-0 thrashing at the hands of the Cowboys on Saturday night.

While Hooper admitted the players should concede part of the blame for Saturday’s thrashing, he explained why he believes it starts with the bosses above and not the coaching staff.
“Eight years of abysmal failure,” Hooper said on Triple M’s Sunday Sin Bin.
