‘Let’s Not Forget’: Fans Have A Right To Be Disappointed With Ben Hunt, Says James Graham

Rugby league great James Graham believes Dragons fans have a right to be disappointed with Ben Hunt after the superstar playmaker reportedly asked for an immediate release.

LISTEN HERE:

Hunt’s future at the Dragons remains unclear despite being under contract until the end of 2025, with reports on Saturday suggesting the halfback had called for an immediate release.

Graham, a former Dragon, was responding to comments made by leading NRL journalist Ben Dobbin, who suggested the media and fan pile-on wasn’t fair on the Dragons playmaker.

“When he went through that form slump in 2019, do you not think the club and fans were behind him?” Graham said.

“Do you not think there was a part of his conversation about bringing Anthony Griffin to the club?”
