Roosters enforcer Jared Waerea-Hargreaves will miss the rest of the 2023 NRL season – and possibly some of 2024 – after being charged for his wild behaviour in the Roosters win over the Tigers.
Waerea-Hargreaves has accepted a three-match ban for striking and will head to the judiciary to fight a dangerous contact charge, leaving the Roosters without their most experienced forward for the must-win game against Souths.
