When Shane Warne Spat The Dummy After Being Dropped For Stuart MacGill

There’s a few ways to react to being dropped unexpectedly from the Australian cricket team.

One of them – as Greg Blewett recalled on Willow Talk – is to totally crack it, as Shane Warne once did in the West Indies.

In the wake of Travis Head’s omission from the first Test in Nagpur, host Adam Peacock prompted him and Brad Haddin for their funniest stories of teammates being dropped.

Blewey went straight to Warnie in the West Indies in 1999.

Warnie was a little out of form and coming off a shoulder injury…but this one totally caught him off guard, when Stuart MacGill and Colin Miller were preferred over him.
