Tom Browne joined the Rush Hour with JB & Billy to explain what going on with the bizarre Uber fraud reports tied to him.
Browne was accused of traveling 139 km/h in a 100 zone while driving an Uber car share tied to his name.
It turns out someone had swiped Browne’s details to hire the car and left him to fight tooth and nail to avoid losing his license!
UBER FRAUD SAGA EXPLAINED:
“You can hire one of these Uber next door cars… Using fraudulent information. Wrong photo, wrong number, wrong email, wrong payment details.”
“It was traced back to a Vietnamese restaurant apparently…”
