The All-Australian squad of 44 was announced on Monday night.
But there’s always a few players who are unlucky to miss.
And on Footy Talk on Tuesday morning in the wash-up, Nick Riewoldt and Leigh Montagna rattled through a few names they thought were stiff.
They settled on six players who’d have an argument to be there, as well as one member of the 44 they were surprised by.
“Tom Green was one to me,” Riewoldt began.
“The way people were talking about him throughout the year, he would have been unlucky to have missed out…”
