Leigh Montagna On Jack Ginnivan Costing Himself High Free Kicks

Leigh Montagna & Dale Thomas discussed if Jack Ginnivan is partially to blame for not being paid high free kicks.

AFL GM of Football Laura Kane clarified that a number of free kicks were missed on Easter Monday.

Montagna told the Midweek Rub that Ginnivan lifting his arm to draw high contact is costing him free kicks that would have been paid if he purely played the ball.

MONTAGNA ON GINNIVAN:

“Yes he is probably being umpired unfairly, but I also have the belief that he’s not helping himself by raising that arm,” Montagna said.
