Finals fever is among us and no one could be more proud than Julie McCreery, mum of Collingwood Forward and South Australian-born Beau McCreery.
Julie shares her excitement for Beau and gives us an insight that viral pep talk she gave the club on Bec & Soda.

“To think that he was going to be an AFL player was probably just the dream we all had,” Julie said.
“So it’s amazing that it’s come true.”
And as for that iconic pep talk…Julie gave a speech in front of Beau and all the Collingwood boys on Mother’s Day and they LOVED IT!
As you can imagine, she was VERY nervous.
