Joey Montagna On The Richmond Player Who Was Stiffest To Miss The All-Australian Squad

Joey Montagna spoke on the Midweek Rub today about the Richmond player that was the stiffest to miss out on selection to the All-Australian squad of 44.

JOEY ON THE STIFFEST RICHMOND PLAYER TO MISS THE ALL-AUSTRALIAN SQUAD:

“He is one of the best half-forwards in the competition, I was surprised he wasn’t in the squad of 44,” Joey said on the Midweek Rub.

Richmond’s sole representative for the All-Australian preliminary squad was Dustin Martin.

MORE ON RICHMOND:

Daisy Thomas wondered if the preliminary squad was starting to get a bit too broad.

“Is the fact that there’s 18 teams awarded at least one player making this a bit of a competitor’s award?” he asked.
