Last week on the Footy Talk podcast, Joey Montagna revealed the clubs he was speaking to while he was playing at the Saints.
This morning when Nick joined Joey on their weekly episode of Footy Talk, Joey asked Nick to confirm a rumour he’d heard on the weekend, about how he was once in talks with Richmond.
“It was at my cousin Jack’s wedding…”
Nick named a few other clubs that approached him during his career, saying it “it did give me a little bit of a moment to pause”, and spoke about a conversation with Alex Rance that could have seen him go to the Tigers.
