Playing for two of the biggest Melbourne-based AFL clubs throughout his 258-game career, Dale Thomas certainly played with some big names.

On the Sunday Rub, Daisy counted down the ten best players he played with, breaking down his top five from the Pies, the Blues, and rounding it out with an overall top five.

“I was nearly putting him at two with Dane Swan, because I’m still a little bit pissed off that he got the Norm Smith [in 2010].

“If you had’ve done it over two weeks, it should’ve been me, but anyway, he didn’t rock up the first week and played really well the second!”
