Abbey Holmes has told Footy Talk she would have loved Channel 7 to “have that conversation” with Christian Petracca last Friday.
Petracca was scheduled to appear on Seven’s pre-game coverage with Holmes and Matthew Richardson, and promoted on social media.
But – as host Jack Heverin pointed out – he flicked on the TV and Petracca was nowhere to be seen, amid massive speculation about his future.
So Holmes gave us an insight from her perspective.
“Can we just go back? And say what you can…”
