Aaron Woods joined The Rush Hour with Gus, Jude & Wendell to discuss NSW Blues’ plans ahead of Game 2 in State of Origin.

The Blues succumbed to a loss in Game 1 and already faced a daunting task, travelling to Brisbane for a must-win match against Queensland Maroons.
From what was already being labelled as Mission Impossible, an injury sustained by chief playmaker and arguably one of, if not the best player in the competition Nathan Cleary, more panic has swept through New South Wales.
Though former Blues and current Manly Sea Eagles star Aaron Woods called for calm.
‘We got players playing in form,’ said Woodsy.
‘We got Adam Reynolds, Mitchell Moses, Nicho Hynes,
‘It’s not like we’re struggling, yet.’
Woods was still frustrated by the opening game of the series, knowing that the game was there for the taking for NSW.
‘We were there, we were close.
‘You don’t need to make so many changes and you got to back the players that are in that position.’
Woodsy though could see the lighter side of Game 1 after the famous match-sealer.
Prop Lindsay Collins out-jumped his Sydney Roosters skipper James Tedesco to find Cameron Munster for the final try and Woods couldn’t help but see the amusement that an enforcer could get up in the air.
‘As a fellow prop, proud of you Lindsay but I’m filthy as a New South Welshman.’
