In the latest episode of Turia Pitt is Hard Work, Australian surf champion Layne Beachley has opened up about how she overcame the biggest hurdles of her professional career and personal life.
Speaking about the pressures of having “to conform to that beach girl body,” the 7-time world surf champion revealed her biggest regret in life was undergoing liposuction in her early 20s.
“I had to change the relationship with myself and when I did that, things naturally fell into place.”
Layne also delved into how she had to change her “victim mentality” and opened up about loss and motherhood.
