So all water has millions of different things dissolved in it. This includes dissolved minerals from soils and rocks, contaminants from agricultural run-off – and a lot of biological matter, including microbes and bacteria.
Rain and spring water is just as impure as tapwater – although it has different impurities. Not only are you never drinking pure water…it’s actually a bad idea for you to do that.
