Popular nutritionist Jacqueline Alwill says that she expected her third pregnancy and birth to be a breeze, but it ended up being her most challenging.
Sleep deprived and unprepared for her child’s diagnosis, Jacqueline revealed to Dr Golly how her specialist’s delivery left her feeling overwhelmed and distressed.
“In that moment when you’re so vulnerable, and you’ve got this tiny little person that you feel so responsible for, you still need that person to let you know that it’s going to be okay and give you some kind of hug.”
