“From A Club Point Of View You Have To Be Proactive!” Jammer On The Demetriou/Meninga Situation

The rumour mill has been working overtime for Souths, with reports that Mal Meninga is set to take over the reigns at Redfern for the remainder of the season.

James Graham feels for Jason Demetriou, but he was adamant that it is simply just the nature of professional sports.

“It’s unfair on the person of Jason Demetriou but from a club point of view, you have got to be proactive.” said Graham

It’s unfortunate but they have to because if they don’t and say that Demetriou ends up going and then Blake Solly and the power brokers are going to go ‘who are we going to get?’ well there’s no one around.”
