The Dolphins have been slapped with a $50,000 fine for an alleged tampering breach in pursuing Broncos rookie Deine Mariner.
Triple M’s James Hopper thinks any attempts by the Dolphins to fight the charge will be in vein.
“They have been breached, that’s the facts okay.” said Hopper
“What I will say about the NRL integrity unit…they don’t make an accusation unless they have evidence and can make it stick.”
“The Dolphins can rant and rave and fight all they want.”
The NRL was tipped off by the Dolphins’ cross town rivals the Broncos, which will no doubt add some major spice to the game’s newest rivalry.
