Triple M NRL’s co-host of The Journos, Michael Chammas, responded to Wests Tigers CEO Shane Richardson and head coach Benji Marshall after the duo took offence to his article last week on the Sydney Morning Herald.

Yet, both Richardson and Marshall publically refuted the article, specifically the incident with Doueihi.
Chammas responded to the Tigers pair.
“What I was pointing out in my story, there are people within the club and the players, not that they don’t like Benji but sometimes he blurs the line between player and coach,” Chammas said.
“Benji wants to be one of the boys and because of that, little cliques [have been] forming.
“And what I wrote about Adam Doueihi being tackled by Benji Marshall and things getting aggressive, I stand by it.”
