Marto Criticises Josh Addo-Carr’s ‘Obvious’ Labouring PR Stunt Over A ‘Dead Giveaway’

Just days after being sacked by the Bulldogs, former player Josh Addo-Carr has started a labouring job.

Despite a positive roadside drug test in September, Addo-Carr denied any cocaine use to the club, resulting in the Bulldogs to axe his $500,000 contract.

Marto from Triple M Breakfast with Marto, Margaux and Dan has called out the move as an obvious PR stunt, pointing to a “dead giveaway.”

“It was obviously a stunt photo.”

“It was classic. It was straight from the NRL Revenge Playbook. They went, ‘How do we rebuild this character?’” said Marto.
