Brent Read has a major update on Lachlan Galvin’s immediate future on Triple M NRL Daily.
The young Wests Tigers star has dominated news cycles all season long, as his future at the club will come to an end but now it’s seeming sooner than later.
The 19 year-old copped an earful from the Tigers faithful in their 22-12 loss to South Sydney Rabbitohs in Campbelltown this past Sunday.
Read believes the environment has now become untenable for the young star.
“We saw on the weekend, [it] doesn’t look like a happy camp,” said Read.
“Galvin got booed by the fans when his name was announced before the game, booed when he got sin-binned.
“It’s not a healthy situation.”
“I wouldn’t rule him out leaving before June 30.”
Both he and Buzz Rothfield also went through Wests Tigers options for his possible replacement which you can hear in the clip above!
