It’s no secret the brothers have always wanted to play together in the NRL, and it would make sense from a football perspective with Justin Olam’s likely medical retirement freeing up cap space and a starting centre spot.
Michael Chammas doesn’t feel like the Tigers are likely to pounce on signing Taylan, at least in the short term.
“My initial thought was he was going there, I’m not so sure anymore” said Chammas On Triple M’s Thursday Scrum.
“There are a number of clubs thinking about it, I don’t know which club pulls the trigger in the end and I don’t think at this stage that the West Tigers are rushing out to go and sign Taylan May.”
