Brisbane Broncos winless run continues after a tough 14-6 loss in their Grand Final rematch against Penrith Panthers.

The Broncos haven’t won since round 11 in a season disrupted by a key injury to chief playmaker and captain Adam Reynolds and then losing many players to State of Origin which they have uncharacteristically failed to handle.
Last season’s runners-up currently sit two-points outside the top eight which could rise to four by round’s end.
“It puts Brisbane in a hole,” said Wade Graham on Triple M’s Saturday Scrum.
“The hunt for the top eight is getting harder and harder.”
Now with Jock Madden, Reynolds’ replacement, is looking at an extended stints on the sidelines which puts even more pressure on the Broncos halves depth.
