Prior to the court proceedings on Monday, South West Police Superintendent Geoff Stewart said the investigation into the 38-year-old’s death is still underway.

“We want to hear from anyone who may have information in relation to this matter that happened in Broadwater,” Superintendent Stewart said.

He particularly urged individuals who might have witnessed a man and a woman, accompanied by a toddler, riding an e-scooter from Busselton to Margaret River between Thursday evening and Friday morning to come forward.
