Donald Trump returned to Butler, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, revisiting the site of a failed assassination attempt in July.
The Republican presidential nominee was joined by billionaire Elon Musk.
Addressing an energised crowd, Musk warned that this could be “the last election” if Trump supporters don’t turn out.

“President Trump must win to preserve the constitution. He must win to preserve democracy in America. This is a must-win situation. Get everyone you know, drag them to register to vote. If they don’t, this will be the last election. That is my prediction,” Musk said.
During the campaign, Trump suggested his political enemies “maybe even tried to kill me” to prevent his return to the White House”.
The rally took place on the same grounds where Trump narrowly escaped a gunman, and a supporter, Corey Comperatore, was tragically killed. The assailant was shot dead by Secret Service agents.
Standing behind protective glass, Trump declared the site a “monument to the valour” of first responders.
He became the first former president to return to the scene after the attempted assassination.
Trump reiterated his fight against what he called “an enemy from within,” hinting at a conspiracy against him.
“This man cannot be stopped. This man cannot be defeated,” one of the Trump supporters shouted.

The rally comes just a month before the election, with Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris neck and neck in the polls.
“On this very ground, a cold-blooded assassin aimed to silence me and silence the greatest movement – Maga – in the history of our country … But by the hand of providence and the grace of God, that villain did not succeed in his goal. He did not stop our movement,” Trump said.
At 6:11pm, the exact moment gunfire broke out on 13 July, Trump called for a moment of silence.
A bell then tolled four times, honouring each of the four victims, including Trump himself.
