Two teenagers have been killed, and another two boys are fighting for their lives following a crash between off-road motorbikes in Melbourne’s west.
Victoria Police were told that at least two off-road motorbikes and potentially a quad bike were being ridden on Beattys Road when the collision occurred at about 6:35 pm on Sunday.

Emergency services treated five people at the scene, including an 18-year-old Altona Meadows woman and a 17-year-old Hoppers Crossing boy.
Tragically, the teen girl had died at the scene, and the teenage boy was taken to hospital with
life-threatening injuries, where he later died.
One six-year-old child and an 11-year-old boy were also taken to hospital with serious injuries.
An Altona Meadows man was also taken to hospital. The 43-year-old is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
According to the Transport Accident Commission, there were 239 total fatal crashes on Victorian roads, claiming a total of 241 people’s lives on Victorian roads.
The exact cause of the incident is under investigation, and police are appealing for assistance from anyone who witnessed the incident in Grangefields at about 6:30 p.m.
Individuals who have dash cam or CCTV footage are encouraged to come forward.
Detectives are expected to provide an update sometime today.
