New South Wales Police have released CCTV footage of a man they believe may possess crucial information related to the death of a 43-year-old individual found in an apartment in Sydney’s CBD.
The incident unfolded last Friday when emergency services were called to the residence on York Street following concerns about the occupant’s welfare.

Officers discovered the lifeless body of the 43-year-old man.
A 37-year-old woman and a 47-year-old man were at the scene and were initially taken to Day Street Police Station for further questioning.
Both individuals have since been released.
With support from the State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad, they have launched a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death.
Authorities have now released CCTV footage of a man believed to have pertinent information regarding the incident.
Described as Caucasian, clean-shaven, and in his 40s, the man wore a distinctive ensemble comprising a black hat, sunglasses, a black shirt with a blue triangle print, a black jacket, dark jeans, and khaki boots.
The footage captured the man leaving the apartment floor at approximately 8am last Friday before departing the building in a white tabletop ute.
Police are urging anyone with information about the 43-year-old’s death or who can identify the individual in the CCTV footage to contact Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000.
As the investigation unfolds, authorities will release further details about the case later on Thursday.
