Latrell Mitchell will spend a week on the sidelines and faces fines of up to $120,000 after he was pictured with white powder.
The NRL handed Mitchell a one-match suspension and a $20,000 fine, while the Rabbitohs came down harder, handing their player a $100,000 fine, $80,000 of which was suspended.

The suspended amount will be paid if Mitchell is found guilty of reoffending.
The fullback will also be required to undertake training programs with the league’s wellbeing and education department. A well-being program mandated by the Rabbitohs will also be given to Mitchell.
Mitchell was photographed standing over a white substance at a hotel while at a coaching clinic in Dubbo earlier this month.
On Tuesday, Mitchell took to social media, saying he had made “poor decisions.”
“Sometimes in life you make poor decisions, and I have accepted that as a man/family man/club man, I want to do better,” Mitchell wrote.
“I can take this time now to move forward, look ahead, and continue on being the best version of myself.
“Love to all that has supported [me] through this. Very grateful.”
