Hungry Jack’s new AI assistant at Sydney drive-thru sparks debate

A new AI assistant at Hungry Jacks has sparked debates after a TikTok went viral showing a customer greeted by AI at one of its drive-thru restaurants.

Both Hungry Jacks and KFC have launched AI drive thru trials in Sydney.  Hungry Jack’s new AI virtual assistant is called Jackie, meanwhile KFC’s is called Kacey.
