Over 100 people have been evacuated from the Q1 building on the Gold Coast after a fire was reported to have broken out.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 7AM on Monday morning following reports of smoke in the hallways of the tower.
At least 13 people have been hospitalised following the evacuation including a young boy.
All those hospitalised are now in stable condition.

According to authorities, the fire is believed to have started in a bin beneath the building before spreading up the rubbish chute.
After extinguishing the blaze, Queensland Fire and Emergency Services are now attempting to ventilate the building.
All residents who have not been evacuated have been asked to remain inside their apartments, close their windows and turn off their air-conditioning.
