As of September 1, 2025, Australians travelling to Bali are required to complete the new ‘All Indonesia’ declaration card online before arrival.
This digital form consolidates health, customs, immigration, and quarantine declarations into one streamlined process.
Travellers must submit the form at least three days prior to arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta, or Juanda International Airport in Surabaya.

A QR code will be issued upon completion, which must be presented upon arrival.
In addition to the declaration card, Australians must obtain a visa to enter Bali.
The e-Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) costs approximately $50 and should be applied for at least 48 hours before departure.
Alternatively, a regular Visa on Arrival can be obtained at the airport.
To extend a stay beyond 30 days, travellers must visit an immigration office in person.
The maximum penalty for overstaying a visa in Indonesia is a fine the equivalent of $50,000 and up to five years imprisonment.
The ‘All Indonesia’ declaration card will be extended to all international airports in Indonesia starting October 1, 2025.
