Foo Fighters Australian Tour: Everything You Need To Know

Following the release of their critically acclaimed album, “But Here We Are,” Foo Fighters are set to embark on a highly anticipated tour across Australia. The band’s electrifying live performances will captivate audiences in stadiums across Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane in November and December 2023, followed by shows in Auckland, Christchurch, and Wellington in January 2024.

In light of updated production information new tickets will be released for the Foo Fighters’ concerts in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane!

“But Here We Are” Album Release:

Foo Fighters’ 11th studio album, “But Here We Are,” was released last Friday to critical acclaim. The album features ten tracks, including hits like “Rescued,” “Under You,” “Show Me How,” and “The Teacher.” Produced by Greg Kurstin and Foo Fighters themselves, the album showcases the band’s evolution while staying true to their roots. The album has been hailed as one of the best in the Foo Fighters’ extensive catalogue, blending the naivetĂ© of their debut with decades of maturity and depth.

Joining Foo Fighters as special guests on select tour dates are some of the most exciting acts in the music scene:

  • Perth, Adelaide, Sydney, and Brisbane shows will feature punk rock sensations The Chats, known for their global hit ‘Smoko’ and the chart-topping album ‘Get F**cked.’
  • Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane shows will welcome Manchester duo Hot Milk, fresh off their debut album ‘A Call To The Void’ and sets at renowned festivals like Download and Lollapalooza.
  • Melbourne concert-goers will also enjoy the Riot Grrrl-inspired energy of Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers, who recently concluded a successful UK tour and released the powerful EP ‘Pretty Good For A Girl Band.’
  • Perth attendees can look forward to the exhilarating sounds of Teenage Joans, the Adelaide duo who claimed triple j’s Unearthed High crown in 2020 and made their SXSW debut in 2023.
  • Adelaide fans will be treated to the indie-rock sounds of Body Type, a Sydney-based four-piece known for their critically acclaimed debut album ‘Everything Is Dangerous But Nothing’s Surprising’ and the latest release ‘Expired Candy.’
