Following last nights spicy commitment ceremony, Married at First Sight bride Katie joined Stav, Abby & Matt to spill on all things MAFS.
Katie opened up about the overwhelming support she received from both fellow contestants on the show and from the public since it aired. “It was so beautiful to have everyone’s support, and it’s really incredible to have the support as everyone’s watching,” she shared.
When asked if she was annoyed at the casting choices, Katie said, “I watched a lot of the application videos and he was saying all the right things and doing the right things, so I just think it was kind of gaslighting everyone to get there and it didn’t pay off.”
Katie revealed she is taking a break from the dating apps as the experiment has ‘scared her off’ and that dating ‘kind of freaks her out right now’.
MAFS groom Tim has recently been involved in a ‘catfishing scandal’ as multiple women have come forward after finding his dating profile, stating that the images do not look like his current image. When asked about the scandal, Katie revealed that she has known about it for quite some time but it ‘didn’t surprise her’.
