Adelaide mother and founder of Supermarket Swap Nabula explains that the mental load of household tasks often falls on women and mothers.
“There’s just so much guilt associated with the modern day woman,” Nabs said.
“The pressure, the mental load, does predominantly fall on the woman’s shoulder.”
