In Kymba’s own words, she has the “worst nutritional habits of anyone you’ve ever met”, so when she got the chance to pick health coach Samantha Jackson’s brain about how to give up chocolate, well, it was illuminating.
Again, quoting Kymba. “I would easily eat half a block of chocolate a day if anyone didn’t stop me.”
“If you want a piece of chocolate, have it. But have it because you want it, not because it’s controlling you.”
Coach Sam also reveals how much exercise you should be striving for in order to help with a healthier food plan.
“15 minutes… everyone can find 15 minutes.”
