Nathan from Cardiff South reached out to Ducko yesterday after hearing his heartbreaking fertility results, and explained that he had sadly faced similar fertility issues.
He is now the father of two amazing children and wants to offer up some hope for Ducko and his wife Morgan.
Nathan has bravely agreed to share his story with us, to continue raising awareness about male fertility and normalise these conversations.
