It turns out that the answers he was after was in a book called Ikigai: The Japanese Secret To A Long And Happy Life.
Ikigai is a Japanese concept referring to something that gives a person a sense of purpose, a reason for living.
Hughesy received this book for Fathers Day, and spent the afternoon reading it in his yard.
