We are looking forward to joining in on the Melanoma March Central Coast on Sunday, 30 March 2025, at Saltwater Creek Reserve Long Jetty.
Melanoma March celebrates Melanoma Institute Australia’s major annual fundraising campaign. Each Melanoma March brings together local communities to raise awareness and funds for research to reach our goal of zero deaths from melanoma.
Australia has the highest melanoma rates in the world. Melanoma is the most common cancer affecting 20 to 39-year-old Australians and one Aussie is diagnosed with the disease every 30 minutes. It is estimated 1300 Australians will die from melanoma this year.
We’re marching so everyone survives.
There are lots of fun activities planned on the day of the Central Coast March, including some amazing raffles. Tickets are $5 each or 3 for $10. This is a dog friendly so your furry friends are welcome to join us, provided they are on a lead. Registering online beforehand is preferred and remains open on the day of the event. The walking route is wheelchair and pram accessible.
