Australian icon, Olympic gold medallist, and mum of 4 Libby Trickett joins SeaFM’s Bianca, Ben and Lakey to discuss her newest adventure, podcasting.
Libby’s new podcast Play On talks about the pressures parents put on kids in sports saying “it should all be about the joy of being in sport, of connecting with your friends, of trying to come together and move your body physically, challenge your body, challenge your mind, cause that’s what sport is about”.
Libby explains that she created the audio series to try “breakdown all of the obstacles that teens and tweens are facing when it comes to playing sport”
