Bianca, Ben and Lakey are joined by investigative journalist Hedley Thomas who revisited a cold case by starting a podcast ‘The Teacher’s Pet’. The podcast popularity led to a renewed focus on the case and then a lengthy trial ending with a guilty verdict.
Hedley talks about working on such high crime and dangerous cases where he was working on a case when “a car pulled up and someone started shooting at the house” while he had his wife and kids inside.
