IS YOUR JOB IN DANGER FROM AI?
A study has been done showing which jobs that could be replaced by AI customer service and admin by 2030. AI is already being used to automate tasks in a wide range of industries, and this trend is likely to continue. As AI technology becomes more sophisticated, it will be able to automate more and more tasks, which could lead to job losses in some sectors.
According to a report by Goldman Sachs, AI could replace the equivalent of 300 million full-time jobs by 2030. The report found that jobs in the following sectors are most at risk of automation:
Danny Lakey from SeaFM’s Bianca, Ben and Lakey says, “In Australia, there’s 415,000 people whose main job is admin and support services” this means if the study is accurate this means 191,000 people in Australia are at risk of losing their job in just one industry alone.
