The lawsuit claims that Ed Sheeran’s Thinking Out Loud has taken major melodic and rhythmic elements of Let’s Get It On.
Speaking about the controversy, the Hit Network’s Bec & Soda were shocked to discover Ed Sheeran has considered leaving music altogether if he loses the case.
“The weight of the decision means we could lose Ed Sheeran from our playlists,” Bec said.
