Melissa Caddick Is “Dead” BUT Coroner “Can’t Rule Out The Fact There Was No Foul Play”

“Interestingly she (the coroner) said she can’t rule out the fact that there was no foul play here,” he said.

“That someone else wasn’t involved or intriguingly that her husband Anthony Koletti might have had something to do with her disappearance.”

Steinfort highlighted that Koletti chose to make statements that were “simply untrue” with his evidence “riddled” with inconsistencies.

The award winning journalist has been following the case for two and a half years.

“The main theory is that she took her own life by jumping of the bridge near her house,”

“[The Coroner] said that she had no evidence to support that so in no way she could make a finding that this was a suicide.”

Caddick disappeared in November 2020 following raids on her Sydney home by the Australian Federal Police and corporate watchdog ASIC.

It is said she had conned over $20 million out of people through fake investment schemes.

Her decomposed foot in a running shoe was found three months later on a NSW South Coast beach, 350km from her Dover Heights home.

The public speculated that the fraudster had “cut off her own foot” to throw off the scent, however Steinfort explained that it was be almost impossible to achieve.

“You couldn’t do that without an extremely good surgeon,”

“Melissa loved her son dearly, and the fact that she hasnt been in contact with him since…”

The Deputy State Coroner Elizabeth Ryan wrote: “The conclusion I have reached is that Melissa Caddick is deceased. However… I do not consider the evidence enables a positive finding as to how she died, or when and where this happened.”
