Cast your mind back about 10-15 years and you may recall the Power Balance Band craze; a fad which washed over the sporting and fitness world, both here in Australia and around the world.
The silicon bands were marketed as having the ability to enhance athletic performance, and were worn by professional athletes like Shaquille O’Neal, David Beckham, and even Hollywood great Robert DeNiro.
But where did it start and how did it all come crashing down?
