In the latest episode of That’s Enough Already with Urzila Carlson, seasoned radio presenter Fifi Box joined the comedian to chat about life in her 40s, parenting, and how working in radio has changed.
“I find Millennials and the Z’s coming through… They’re always reading subtext,” she explained.
“Now, if you say it like it is, you’ve got to have a filter: ‘who will this offend?’
“I’ve never been more nervous as a broadcaster to talk. My job is now dangerous, it wasn’t dangerous when I started.
“Radio was pretty safe, now radio, you could be cancelled within seconds of something coming out of your mouth.”
